Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the website operated by Shia Hoza.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Enrollment and Classes

• Free Trial: We offer a mandatory 3-day free trial period to assess the quality of our teaching.
• Registration: After the trial, you must finish the registration process and pay the monthly fee to continue.
• Attendance: Students are expected to attend classes on time. If you need to reschedule, please notify the admin or teacher at least 4 hours in advance.
• Make-up Classes: We provide make-up classes if the class is missed due to the teacher's unavailability or technical issues on our end. Missed classes by students without prior notice may not be rescheduled.

2. Fees and Payments

• Fees are payable in advance on a monthly basis.
• If fees are not paid within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to pause classes until payment is received.
• All fees are non-refundable once the month's classes have commenced.

3. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful Islamic environment. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespect towards teachers or staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shia Hoza. Our curriculum materials may not be redistributed or sold without our permission.

5. Disclaimer

Our courses are educational in nature. While we strive to provide accurate religious knowledge based on the teachings of the Ahlul Bayt (AS), we are not liable for personal interpretations or applications of the knowledge provided.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
